Accessibility Statement

The Field Leader wants everyone to be able to read this site. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

What we’ve done

• Every page has a skip link, a clear heading structure and labeled landmarks.
• Everything can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Text and interface colors meet AA contrast in both the dark and light themes. You can switch themes with the button in the header, and the site follows your device setting by default.
• Text resizes and reflows, and the layout works on small screens and at 200% zoom.
• Images have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Animation is minimal and is turned off if your device asks for reduced motion.

Known limits

This is a self-assessment, not a third-party audit. Some older posts or external pages we link to, such as the newsletter sign-up form, may not fully meet these standards.
